Review: Tony Moly Red Appletox Honey Cream
Tony Moly Red Appletox Honey Cream
Isn't this just absolutely adorable. It comes in a cute hard plastic apple container. The packaging alone made me buy this. It is a moisturizer and base primer as well. I do not use it as make-up base though because I have ultra oily skin and this makes me oilier throughout the day.
It has a light consistency and smells like apples and honey. It is more like a gel-silicone type than a cream. Its basically like honey just a little more runny. (hmm it rhymes!)
You put it on a clean face and you need to tap it for skin absorption. I really do not know the difference between just massaging it in a circular motion, but the SA said it is better if you tap it instead. I'm thinking a video would be best to demonstrate it..... anyway.... after applying it, tap the product gently all over your face. This will take about 5 minutes and will take another 15-20 minutes to be absorbed by the skin. I use it at night before I go to bed. Some suggest using it in the morning and they claim that it is a light moisturizer, but its sticky on my oily skin and I really do not recommend it as a morning moisturizer. One reason is that it doesn't have spf, second reason is it is sticky and heavy.
It hydrates the skin, makes it supple. It doesn't break me out. It is easy to use. I love the spoon because I do not have to dip my fingers to get the product. Wash the scooper every after use. Keep the white lid so that the product does not spill.
I use this for my hands too not just my face. It keeps my hands smelling sweet and keeps it soft.
Cost: 578 Php
Will I repurchase? YESSSSSSSS
